CARAVAN/COTTAGE BOOKING TERMS AND HIRE CONDITIONS.  PLEASE RETAIN.

The hirer is expected to take all reasonable care of the property, fixtures and fittings during occupation. The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or breakages that may occur during occupation of the caravans/cottages other than wear and tear. All breakages must be reported. Minor breakages are not normally charged for.

The caravans/cottages must be left clean and tidy on departure. If caravans/cottages are left in a dirty or untidy condition an excess cleaning charge of £30 will be made or future booking may be refused.

The use of amenities is entirely at the users risk and the owners can accept no responsibility for any person or the property of any person using the site. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the lakes.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking application, to refuse or terminate accommodation at our discretion. We also reserve the right to enter any caravan/cottage in the case of emergency.

No electrical appliance to be brought or used other than those provided.

No smoking inside the caravans/cottages.

In the event of the accommodation booked not being available for any reason beyond our control, (e.g. fire theft or damage) all monies paid to us will be refunded in full, but no further claim against us will be entertained.

The hirer is expected to abide by all site and fishery rules displayed in the caravans/cottage and on the notice board.

Any behaviour likely to cause offence to others on the site, or any noise or disturbance after 12am (midnight) could result in termination of your holiday.

2010 Caravan Weekly Schedule

Caravans are priced for 2 people. Additional persons plus £30 EACH per week. Max 6 persons per caravan (4 Adults + 2 Children). £50 per week deposit (non-refundable) is required with the booking form. Please note we can only hold provisional telephone bookings for one week.

All caravans have a large double bedroom, second twin bedded room, shower room and WC, kitchen, lounge and dining area. All caravans have a colour TV, fridge, gas cooker and gas fire. Pillows and duvets are provided, NOTE WE DO NOT SUPPLY BED LINEN OR TOWELS ETC.

2010 Cottage Weekly Schedule

The Cottages are priced for 2 people. Additional persons plus £50 per week. The cottages sleep a maximum of 4 people. £100 per week (non-refundable) deposit is required with the booking form. Please note we can only hold provisional telephone bookings for one week.

Our cottages offer spacious accommodation and are fitted out to a high standard to include:

A fully fitted oak kitchen with gas hob/oven, fridge freezer, microwave oven etc. Lounge with leather setees, TV, Freeview, radio/CD player. Two bedrooms, one double bedroom the second has twin beds. Wet shower room with hand basin and toilet. Shower seat and handrails have been fitted for disabled assistance. Pillows and duvets are provided. NOTE WE DO NOT SUPPLY BED LINEN OR TOWELS ETC, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

We have 5 lakes in all, 3 large 2 small. The lake adjacent to the cottage is stocked with Bream, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Barbel and Perch. Our large Carp lake has Common and Mirrors to 25lb. Small carp lake has Common and Mirrors to 6lb. The lake adjacent to the caravans is stocked with Bream, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Ide and Perch.

Sorry no new all male/female parties. Friends and relations are welcome to visit but are not permitted to fish. Short notice breaks are sometimes available, please telephone for details.

Cars are to be parked in the spaces behind each caravan/cottage. Visitors should park in the car park at the end. All cars parked are at OWNERS RISK.

Fishing is by barbless hook only.
Ground bait only to be used in swim and method feeders
Please note, we do not allow the use of keep nets on any of our lakes.
DO NOT KEEP MAGGOTS ANYWHERE IN THE CARAVANS/COTTAGES.
Do not transfer fish from one lake to another, unless asked to do so by the owners.
Place litter in the bins provided.
Sorry no dogs allowed.
Please leave the caravans/cottage and sheds clean and tidy.
